Service
Maburede Summary is an assistive tool for organizing meeting notes, generating summaries and identifying possible action items. It does not replace legal, financial, HR, compliance or professional judgment.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the content they upload, for reviewing outputs before use and for ensuring they have appropriate rights and permissions for meeting materials.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to process unlawful content, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the platform or make automated requests that harm service reliability.
Billing
Subscription, single-purchase and credit options may be offered. Fees are charged in US dollars (USD) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Taxes, payment terms and renewal details are shown at purchase.
Output review
AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate. Customers must review summaries, decisions, risks and action items before relying on them or sharing them externally.
Availability
We aim to maintain reliable access, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, security updates, vendor issues or events outside our reasonable control.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MABUREDE AI LTD is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption or decisions made without appropriate human review.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
